Description:

We are currently recruiting a Senior Cardiographer to join our Torbay team for an exciting new service that is launching soon. This role is currently a part-time role; however we are open to discussions around flexible working or full-time arrangements.

The Senior Cardiographer will be responsible primarily for the analysis of our Holter Reports using a state-of-the-art cloud-based system, and also run some patient-facing clinics independently where they will be fitting Holter & Ambulatory BP Monitors, as well as 12-Lead ECGs.

The majority of this role can be completed under flexible working arrangements where preferred, with the patient-facing aspect likely to be for no more than 5 hours per week at our clinic in the heart of Torquay. There may be the need for occasional travel to our headquarters in Plymouth for Team Meetings and Training, however travel time will be provided within working hours and expenses covered.

Responsibilities include:

• Independently performing 12-Lead ECGs to a high standard
• Fitting Holter Monitors to patients and explaining the symptom diaries and return processes to them
• Fitting Ambulatory BP Monitors to patients and processing the results afterwards
• Producing Holter Reports and analysing the ECG data to a high standard

Desirable qualities:

• Experience of running diagnostic tests independently in a clinical environment
• Knowledge and understanding of patient pathways
• SCST Diploma (or willing to work towards with support)
• Good understanding of ECG data and experience in analysis
• Friendly and personable
• Access to own vehicle and full driving license
