Description:

We are currently recruiting for multiple Cardiographer positions to join our Cornwall team to help us deliver an exciting new service. We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements, full-time or part-time.

The Cardiographer role is heavily patient-facing, and you will be leading appointments for diagnostic tests such as 12-Lead ECGs, Holter Monitoring and Ambulatory BP Monitoring. The role may require some travel around Cornwall for clinics, and our headquarters is based in Plymouth so travel for team meetings and training may be required from time-to-time. (Expenses will be fully paid and travel time provided within working hours)

Responsibilities include:

• Independently performing 12-Lead ECGs to a high standard
• Fitting Holter Monitors to patients and explaining the symptom diaries and return processes to them
• Fitting Ambulatory BP Monitors to patients and processing the results afterwards
• Accurately inputting patient information into the relevant systems

Desirable qualities:

• Experience of running diagnostic tests independently in a clinical environment
• Knowledge and understanding of patient pathways
• SCST Certificate
• Friendly and personable
• Access to own vehicle and full driving license
